Central Pacific Collective leads the OWOF project in partnership with Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira, and the Ministry for Pacific Peoples.
In December 2025, the first 18 homes were completed, sold, and are now occupied. Development is underway for a further 32 homes across additional sites by the end of this year.
